1. About the website
Solve’em is an independent poker software project in development. This website currently provides informational material about the planned desktop application. The website operator’s full legal details will be published before commercial operations begin.
2. Availability and pricing
The software is not yet available for purchase. Features, supported systems, release plans and the target one-time price of $19.99 may change before launch. No contract to purchase the software can currently be concluded through this website.
3. Software license and activation (planned)
The intended model is a personal, non-transferable software license issued after purchase, with a limited number of active devices and initial online activation. The number of permitted devices, rules for transferring activations, offline use, updates and license termination will be specified in the final terms before checkout opens.
4. Payments and delivery (future)
Before sales begin, we will identify the legal seller or merchant of record, available payment methods, the complete price including applicable taxes, and how customers receive the application and license credentials.
5. Refunds, withdrawal and complaints (future)
The final purchase terms will explain statutory withdrawal rights where applicable, the conditions for starting supply of digital content during the withdrawal period, refund procedures and customers’ legal remedies for non-conforming digital content. Statutory consumer rights will not be excluded by these terms.
